Offered in partnership with HelixConnect, this service includes the presence of an experienced representative on-site during the exhibition, ensuring a professional and effective representation of your company.
Prior to the event, a one-hour preparation meeting with the HelixConnect representative will help to understand your products, market positioning, and expectations. HelixConnect will also handle the reception and setup of your promotional materials, samples, and demo equipment.
During the exhibition, the representative will maintain a dynamic presence, take detailed notes on each interaction, collect contact information along with relevant comments, and distribute your business cards.
At the end of the event, a summary report including identified opportunities will be provided.”
